General Manager - Corporate Finance - Automotive (10-15 yrs)
- Analyse organic and inorganic investment opportunities.
- Preparation of feasibility studies on new projects by calculating profitability statements, Balance sheets, Cash flow statements, NPV, IRR and evaluating about the feasibility of the project for the company.
- Finalising pricing strategies and cash flows and presenting the analysis to Board/top management for approval
- To look for an innovative way to fund project and working capital needs.
- Ensures compliance with RBI, FEMA and other regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and analysis of finance cost, including bank charges and other direct finance costs.
- Risk management identification of financial and business risk and risk mitigation strategy including insurance management.
- Continuous monitoring of group cash flow and managing day-to-day surplus and deficit. To strategize the fund planning of the group.
- To meet the budgeted funds requirements of the entire group.
- Interact with the bankers and financial institutions and ensure that the company's interests are protected.
- Responsible for Finance functions, Treasury management, and Budgetary Functions.
