General Manager/COO - FMCG Business (15-20 yrs)
Job Description :
- The core purpose of the role would be design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures.
- Establish policies that promote company's vision and culture.
- Would be responsible to manage the complete P&L of the organization along with overseeing operations of company and the work of executives(IT, Finance, HR, Sales etc.)
- The position would be second in line and would be reporting into the Board of Directors.
Desired Candidate:
- The role demands incumbent with 15+ years of experience primarily in the FMCG/FMCD industry with exposure in managing Ecommerce, Modern Trade and General Trade.
- MBA from a tier 1 or 2 institute.
- Proven experience in a leadership role(Director/COO/General Manager)
- Should possess high competency in strategic planning and business expansion.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Should possess eye for detail with an aptitude in decision making & problem - solving
