General Manager - Contracts - Real Estate (15-19 yrs)
Job Profile :
- Expertise in conducting & coordinating Project activities, estimation & costing, resource management, tender evaluation & contract management with a flair for adopting modern methodologies.
- Setup the guidelines and follow the Procurement Policy in all the process.
- Lead the end-to-end sourcing process Should preferably have hands on experience in Civil, MEP and Interiors work packages
- Strong experience in materials management and proficiency in development of global sourcing & procurement strategies, vendor development
- Issuing various Contracts, AMCs, Rate Contracts, Value Contracts, and Service Contracts.
- Assist Project Team to finalize structural and MEP consultants
- Assist consultants and projects team in drawing up tender package for civil & MEP packages on priority basis
- Review of costing and specification with architects and consultants
- Coordinate with third party for proof checking
- Prepare Master Procurement schedule / tender event schedule in line with project timelines
- Review of BOQ and specifications received from architects and consultants
- Review the Tender document, float the tender to the short listed vendors
- Conduct pre-bid meeting and respond to vendors- queries
- Review vendors- presentations and Carry out tender negotiation
- Evaluate tenders and prepare comparative statements (technical and commercial)
- Negotiate with the vendor to get very competitive price & Finalize vendors
- Finalize and provide Recommendation to Rate Approval Committee
- Review Contract document and LOI / Work Order
- Review and Finalize non-tendered items during construction phase and Verification of vendor Bills
- Execute final closure of contract on completion of the works
Desired Profile :
- Engineering graduate with 15+yrs of work experience in Procurement and Contracts role is desired.
- Candidates from Real estate industry is preferred.
