Opening for GM - Contracts for the third-largest construction group in India.

Position: GM Contracts

Location : Dubai / Mumbai

Role briefing :

Role & Responsibility :

- Technical / Legal / Commercial Risk Analysis of the Contracts

- Review of Contracts Terms & Condition w.r.t to HSE, QA/QC, Schedule & Commercial terms etc

- Arranging / attending Pre-Bid/Contracts meetings and also Preparing Strategy for bidding & Pre-Bid process.

- Discussion with stakeholders for optimization of efforts / cost to make a winning proposition based on market intelligence

- Preparation of a proposal

Candidates Profile :

- Exposure to EPC Infrastructure Project Like Metro, Bridge, etc

- Strong knowledge of SILVER BOOK in addition to other books pertaining to FIDIC

- Done Time Extension, Change order, Variation in Projects

- Should be from Civil Engineering Stream, in addition arbitration would be an added advantage

- Preference is Mumbai than Dubai.
