We have an urgent role with one of the biggest group into Used Cars Business at Gurgaon.

Designation : GM - Consumer Finance

CTC : 30-35 Lacs

MBA With 5 -9 yrs exp in consumer finance (Auto Loans / Used Cars) etc

Role :

- Building Consumer finance vertical for the Group

- Setting up & managing the pre-owned Car finance & loans product lines & building digital partnerships in the used-cars Loan division.

- Analyzing & adopting channel wise, product wise & geography wise pricing and payout trends to manage a healthy P&L.

- Process mapping and cross functional KRA development to achieve Best in Class TAT across all lead stages

- Implement pilot Projects


- Designing SLA's for channel development and building programs and schemes for the same.


- Developing a Tracking and compliance mechanism for Sales performance management measures.

- Identifying areas of opportunities and expansion of network in unrepresented markets through market research and surveys.

- P&L Management : Responsible for entire P&L of the vertical.

- Product Management & Product Development : Providing inputs to the IT Team to make an innovative technology, suggest improvements in current product.

- Portfolio Management: Identification of risk and creation of risk-mitigation strategy for portfolio management

- Product Design: Liaising with bankers, sales team, dealers, consumer & other stakeholders for seamless product flow

- Drafting of lending policies related to consumer finance

- Team Management : Ensuring the roles are being cleared to team, cascading the targets and reviving them on a regular basis.
