General Manager - Construction

One of our clients, a reputed builder, primarily in the residential space, based out of Cochin, is looking for a general manager, to head their construction division.

- The ideal candidate would be a person retired from the forces, preferably from the engineering corps or the MES.

- He would have experience in managing large civil projects, while in the forces. He would be responsible, for the P&L of his division and report to the CEO.

- The candidate would be an engineer aged between 55 to 60 years of age. He should be a resident of Cochin, Kerala and fluent in Malayalam.
