General Manager - Construction

- Will be required to manage overall construction & delivery of this massive project & will be expected to deliver construction of around 1 mn sqft each year

- The candidate must have at least 16-30 years of work experience & should have managed end to end life cycle for 2 residential projects (luxury segment preferred)

- Apart from construction, the candidate must be well versed with all round knowledge of sub domains like contracts, costing, mep etc

The position is in charge for managing the Project(s) to ensure timeliness, quality of construction and overall profitability of the project.

The is done through:

- Tracking, monitoring and coordinating on-site activities for projects with Project Mangers/Consultants/ contractors with close collaboration with related functions like Contracts & Procurement, Costing & Budgeting, Liaison, Design, Marketing & Sales, Legal and Finance to ensure achievement of AOP targets by planning & driving adherence to the project plans, product design and quality norms timely resolution of issues implementation of all quality and safety initiatives at given location
