Key Responsibilities :
Compensation and Benefits : Responsible for end to end design and deployment of Compensation and benefits portfolio and be a keystone for putting in policy framework across the organization. Includes doing job study, determination of salary and leading the annual salary revision cycle with relevant external and internal benchmarking and seamless coordination for payroll processing.
Performance Management and Business Partnering : Understand long term business requirements and lead the development of incentive structures and Variable Pay
HR Operations : Put in place, best in industry Employee cycle processes from on-boarding, transfers, promotions and Exits. Prepare, Review and analyse relevant data, performance metrics and trends to provide insights.
Employee Engagement : Be an agent for shaping culture of the company actively through various formal and informal HR processes, engagement strategies and capturing of voice of employee.
Growth : The role has potential to further expand in other HR areas at a later point of time but the individual should be passionate of growth and should have high learnability
