General Manager - Company Secretary - Logistics (12-18 yrs)
For a leading Logistics Organization
Job Purpose :
- To carry out all Secretarial functions and compliance of the companies within the group.
Role & Responsibility :
- Ensure smooth functioning of department
- To ensure full compliance to Listing Agreement with Stock Exchanges.
- To ensure strict adherence to Corporate Governance and practices adopted by the Company
- To conduct and record board meetings & other committee meetings including shareholders- meetings as per requirements.
- Timely compilation and presentation of MIS about share price movements, shareholding pattern, share transfers etc.
- Timely preparation & filing of all Statutory documents with ROC, SEBI, Registrar & other authorities.
- To ensure compliance with various statutory.
- To maintain Statutory Registers as required under Companies & Allied acts.
- To maintain all documents pertaining to the above tasks and be responsible for all legal documents related to the company, its subsidiaries, directors etc
- Taking care of company risk financial, business & statutory which relates to co as per guidelines.
Qualification and Experience :
- Company Secretary with 12 to 18 years experience in a similar role. Must be currently employed with a listed organization
