General Manager - Commercial Head - Spirit Firm

Hiring Commercial Head - General Manager for a leading Spirit company in India.

Job Description - 

1) Responsible for all the timely purchase/procurement of raw materials such as Molasses, Grain, Bagesse, Press-mud and other engineering goods in a cost-effective manner

2) Ensuring effective inventory control system of all the procured materials and strict process control/timelines for the ordering level

3) Responsible for the Bio-compost Sales, ENA, and other related items.

4) Controlling the logistics operations of the unit

5) Exposure to SAP operations and other analytical tools

6) Exposure to SAP operations and other analytical tools

Minimum Qualifications required :- CA / MBA ( FINANCE)

Desired candidate profile:-

- Strong Commercial acumen

- Good Analytical Skills

- Abreast with the latest advancement in the functional domain & management practices

- Good Communication skills and interpersonal orientation

- Effective Team leader: Ability to inspire and motivate the team

Please Note:- Exposure to distillery operations would be an added advantage
