General Manager - Commercial - Construction Industry (15-20 yrs)
ACCOUNTS, AUDIT AND TAXATION FUNCTION:
- Lead Accounts, Finance, Audit and Taxation function
- Accounts & Budget preparation
- Responsible for rolling P&L Forecast of the division, Variance Analysis, monthly MIS Reports.
Financial Management:
- Manage cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability.
- Oversee cash, investments and asset management area.
Financial Relations and Policies:
- Engage finance committee and/or board of directors to develop short term and long term plans, projections and budgets.
- Represent company to banks, financial partners, institutions, investors, public auditors and officials.
Finance and Accounting Team Management:
- Mentor and develop a team of 10 senior managers and/or directors, managing work allocation, systems training, performance evaluations, and the building of an effective and efficient team dynamic.
Cash Management:
- Oversee weekly cash management and AP Department, approve large payables, sign checks, authorize large wires and ACHs
- Supervise Accounts Receivable management and provide guidance relating to the collection process

- He / She must be an excellent people leader, excellent team motivator.

- Must have great analytical skills.
- Must be a problem solver but not a problem creator.
- Must be able to handle pressures smoothly.
