Key purpose of the job : The role is responsible for creating and implementing the brand marketing strategy for the commercial business in order to strengthen brand funnel Generate revenue through leasing and secure a competitive edge in the market. Strategic : - Formulation and implementation of the branding strategy in order to secure a competitive edge in the market place - Define the overall brand guidelines, development of the brand manual, etc - Ensure brand equity enhancement through project branding Operational : - Develop a good understanding and tracking of market trends for the commercial business and provide insights for key decisions - Use all market insight/research/goodwill/connect with third party research agencies, IPC- s, occupiers, PR agencies, media to draw up the PR/Corporate Communication plan for the commercial business - Conceptualize marketing campaigns in collaboration with respective teams during launch or sustenance phase of the projects - Work closely with the respective internal and external stakeholders to finalize the annual marketing plan and calendar including digital/physical events and sponsorship/strategic tie-up/association with third party agencies like RICS, Corenet, CII, GRI, ASPREA etc. - Review the Marketing brief and creative brief for projects, lead the briefing of agencies - Finalize the communication strategy for projects, including finalizing the project positioning and communication route - Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns - Track actual spends and ensure costs are within the overall budget allocated - Overlooking the execution of project level BTL activations - Work closely with Digital team on building Digital outreach program through Website / SEO / Social Media. Education &amp; Experience Requirement : - MBA Marketing - 10+ years of relevant experience - Experience in Real Estate, Service industry or FMCG is preferable - Should have exposure to some degree in onsite marketing as well - Exposure of dealing with media agencies is crucial.
