About the Company It is an on-demand logistics marketplace providing commercial vehicles to customers through an application. They help e-commerce, FMCG, SMEs, traders, 3PLs, Courier, Cargo companies to optimize their logistics with the help of our dedicated fleet and in-house technology. We have serviced more than 200K customers including 50000+ regular customer in 10 cities. They have serviced over 1.5 million bookings via 5+ million trips. Your responsibilities - Manage P&L of city operations spread across 6 cities encompassing 150-175 people - Responsible for setting agenda for city growth, draw out plans pertaining to Customer, Partner and People KPI - Define and approve budgets for manpower and BTL marketing plans across cities - Establish SOP for customer, partner, employee acquisition, handholding and engagement and ensure their strict monitoring and adherence - Take pricing, discounting decisions in a defined framework to influence customer and partner engagement - Develop a healthy and efficient working environment across the city in line with organizational culture - Reports to Spot Vertical head and ensure a healthy working culture Apply if : - You have a business degree/MBA from a good business school - You have rich operations / sales experience of 6+ years, previous experience in an early stage startup as a co-founder or core leadership is a huge plus - You are data oriented and have strong analytical skills and communication skills - You have strong team management skills - You have managed multi-city, multi-level business operations preferably from new age platform business like food delivery, ride sharing etc. - You have multi-disciplinary thinking and exposure, very high interpersonal skills and experience of managing people at senior, mid and low level ( large field team)
