General Manager - Centralized Accounts - CA - FMCG/Manufacturing (20-25 yrs)

Reporting to: CFO
Position Summary :
To establish, oversee and facilitate the maintenance of books of Accounts, finalization of accounts of the Corporate office and group companies in accordance with uniform accounting policies and responsible for setting and implementing the best practices for Accounts function.
Key Accountability :
- Ensures timely and accurate finalization and closure of books of accounts and financial reporting process.
- Ensures timely and accurate compliance with Statutory Audit plans (Quarterly, Half yearly and yearly).
- Generates prompt and accurate monthly/periodic reports and analyses as required by corporate guidelines and periodic or special reports related to accounting for both project sites and corporate office
- Analyzes changes in business and accounting practices in order to anticipate potential effects on consolidated financial results.
- Develop accounting policies and procedures that address compliance and statutory requirements.
- Planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting process for entire organization.
- Identification and assessment of risk areas (strategic, operational, investment, financial, compliance, data/privacy etc.)
- Develops risk modeling using statistical tools and techniques to understand aggregated risks in financial portfolio and recommend suitable controls.
- Coordinate and advise various teams and locations on corporate accounting rules and processes
Educational Qualification :
Qualified CA professional with 20-25 yrs of exp
Previous Experience :
Similar capacity (tally/ ERP experience) with multi location / multi division
Industry to be hired from :
FMCG Trading / Manufacturing
