Job Position :

We are currently sourcing for General Manager Capability Building ( Training) for one of our IT Indian MNC client in Noida.

Location : Noida

Role : To Spearhead the development and delivery of organizational learning and development strategy, Capability building and ensuring that learning is aligned to strategic priorities for Sustainable growth.

- The position holder need to be a self-starter who is proactively responsible for creating capability ecosystem in Organization. The role is to support the overall business strategy and help the business grow through it employees, develop and enhance the competencies to future leadership potential.

Planning & Budget : Plan departmental/functional training budgets, forecast costs and Training calendars for various business/Bands

Training Need identification & Training facilitation : Identify and assess future and current training needs through various channels i.e. job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers

- Deploy a wide variety of training methods focusing on cost, quality, delivery & time to cover the manpower/man-hours in respective businesses/LOB.

Content creation & repositories : Creating common repositories, documentations, SOPs, orientation sessions, inductions, policies and process and stuff necessary.

- Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success, feedback analysis and ROI periodically and report on them

Vendor Management : End to end vendor management to derive best from partner vendors in terms of training quality, productivity, and various other vendor competitor matrix

Capability Development & competency based structure : Plan, implement, monitor & optimize competency based capabilities in Organization for development, profitability, process improvements and sustainable growth

Capability Building Culture : Promote the culture of self-motivated learning in the organization

- Set up the culture of Train the Trainer to have a multiplier effect & speedier effect implementation.

- Vision and execute a consistent service level experience and customer satisfaction across customers Identification & documentation of critical business processes.

- Identification & closure of process non conformity

- Lead best practice sharing and proactively manage escalations

- The position would be working very closely with promoters of the group.

- Frequent Travel in India and various regions would be inevitable like taking late night calls
