Must Haves
- 15-20 years - experience in industries in that Minimum of 5 Years in Furniture Industry and in to leadership role in business.
- Must have deep furniture knowledge and business management role with good business profit achievement record
Job Purpose -
- Provide overall direction and oversight for business operations from end to end: Business and Market projections, Marketing plan and drive, Manufacturing Efficiency, Right Sourcing, Product Engineering, SCM and ensure clients management and satisfaction.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Provides short and long term direction to the business operations and ensure profits are made. Mainly Responsible for the Business Profit and target achievement and drive business towards excellence.
- Direct and advice departments to achieve manufacturing excellence, souring strategies, Quality improvement, delivery schedule adherence, leverage market capabilities and capacity, and derive business development plans.
- Advice board management and MD in formulation of various process and procedures related to all departments and ensure business driving in right directions.
- Responsible for performance of Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Logistics, Marketing, Product development departments, customer satisfaction and retention is a key goal of this position.
- Support and advice on marketing development ideas, customer service development, manufacturing improvements, design and developments, proto types and project managements.
- Advice management on Financials and expense management, Prepare annual financial budget, evaluate periodic labor cost, overhead cost, material cost to ensure effective cost management, P&L and Balance sheet reports. Support origination fund raising, fund managing.
- Advice management on the various business diversification ideas, competitor vigilance and support organization on business development.
- Work with auditors, Legal departments, and ensure all statutory are complied. Ensure Business compliance, ISO and other management standards are implemented and followed in the business.
- Plan and implement support on Market development plan, NPIP process, ensure on time delivery and right quality products to the clients and maintain the satisfaction bar high.
- Implement the continuous improvement initiatives in business and achieve the business excellence through it and other implement other drivers like 6-Sigma, Lean, and other tools.
