About the company : The Indian subsidiary of a world renowned German company, a global technology leader in the manufacture of speciality machines is looking for a dynamic person based at Mumbai to spearhead its growing operations in India

Job Description : The right candidate( male/female) should be motivated and able to inspire and lead the staff in various verticals of the company. Fresh recruitment of technicians will also be undertaken so as to make India an operational hub for future service and commissioning requirements of the company worldwide.

Educational Qualification : The person should ideally be a mechanical/electrical engineer, preferably with a MBA qualification. The person should possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership, interpersonal and sales skills. The candidate should be well organised with a strong work ethic.

The responsibilities would include :

- Identifying business opportunities

- Working together with internal & external partners and should be able to maintain existing customer relationships as well as generate new business.

- Support locally, HQ activities of installation & commissioning of special purpose manufacturing lines

- Monitor financial activities and budgets set by HQ

- Optimising business processes

- Establish good business relationships with the parent company and other subsidiaries of the group.

- Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
