Job Description: - Experienced Pharmaceutical Management Professional with a passion for managing Pharmaceutical products (Drugs and Cosmetics) Business with experience of managing Profit Centre Responsibility for Pharma Products. Responsibilities : - Responsible for end to end Profit Centre Responsibility of Hand Sanitiser Business. - Additional responsibility for Business Development of Hand Sanitizer and Disinfectants - Develop and execute the Sales &amp; Distribution Strategy for the Drugs and Cosmetics product line. - Develop and Manage suitable Sales organization. - Develop relevant Sales Channels (Offline, Online) in the Pharma Sector. - Develop and execute the Marketing Plans including Brand Positioning. - Develop Marketing Plan with strong focus on Digitisation - Meet the defined goals of revenue, costs and profitability - Maintain knowledge of current trends in industry. Qualifications : - Preferably Master's degree in Business Administration or a directly related field with a bachelor's degree in a life science, Engineering or equivalent (with Chemistry as a subject in Graduation). - 12-15 years of experience in a related position; - Client-facing/providing content expertise in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, consumer health, or related field; - Have handled field sales or marketing in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, consumer health, FMCG or related field; - Application of key commercial methodologies, including but not limited to sales strategy, market planning and analysis, short-term and long term operational planning and forecasting and competitor analysis at a relevant company. - Strong Network in the Pharma Industry with B-2-B and B-2-C experience. - Able and willing to travel as per business needs. - Managed Teams with focus on Productivity of people while keeping them motivated Skills : - Leadership Skills of managing a Matrix organisation - Key Account Management. - Negotiation Skills. - Digital Competence - People Management - Result Orientation - Preferred Level: General Manager
