Job Purpose: This role will serve as a dedicated business partner for Development / Manufacturing services for driving focus on the division financial management, cost to serve and adherence to plan.

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline

- MBA/CA/CFA

- 12-15 years of experience in relevant role in a large corporate or from a reputed company, preferably in manufacturing segment

Key Responsibilities:

- Be part of the business to drive strategic planning and execution

- Be the advisor to the service unit Head and guide them for making financially sound decisions

- Work on data analytics and data models to support data-based decision making

- Strong story boarding to communicate the 'state of the nation' and influence business to continuously move towards an improved state of performance

- Prepare robust financial plans and track them for effective performance management.

- Project and customer profitability evaluation and provide actionable insights

- Drive revenue forecasting process and partner with Project management team to deliver revenue predictability and revenue assurance

- Rolling forecast of financials for each segment and sub segment of the business

- Business risk management and pro-active definition and closure of action points

- Expense management: creating expense accountability - linking delivery to spend

- Develop cost to serve and pricing models

- Pricing and viability models for all deals: prepare business cases for investment/capex proposals

- Participate in monthly meetings and present the updates and key focus areas

- Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety

- Ensure environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures are imparted via training and adhered within the team.

Technical/functional Skills:

- Working knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP - FICO and BPC Modules)

- Expertise in MS Office tools - advanced MS Excel; MS Power point; MS Access; Analytic Tools

- Collaborate with all functions and business leaders to ensure consistent update and accurate financial disclosures

- To work independently on projects, from conception to completion and must to able to work under strict timelines, at times, to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion

- Must have the ability to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects across multiple lines of business.

- Strong knowledge of costing principles

- Possess the knowledge and exposure to environment, health, and safety (EHS) practices
