 This role will be located at Pithampur as GM to support MD & BU Head's on Manufacturing excellence

- Will be responsible to oversee & improve all business processes of a large engineering Company having continuous manufacturing process.

- Will instil Six Sigma Culture throughout organisation

- Conducting continuous assessment and identifying opportunities for improvement & initiate projects.

- Implementing, Reviewing & monitoring Six-Sigma Projects.

- Responsible for Digitalizing processes.

- Responsible for Re-Engineering existing processes.

Job Responsibilities

Key Role :

- Assuring safe and environmentally compliant work processes and operations across all manufacturing facilities.

- Develop and execute the manufacturing strategy focusing on footprint rationalization, and optimization, Six Sigma principles, lean efficiency, continuous improvement strategy, techniques & tools into all production processes as key drivers to process and continuous productivity & quality improvement, strategy supporting profitable growth for the enterprise and world class operations.

- Establishing an infrastructure and discipline to quickly and effectively ramp up new product introduction.

- Applying and incorporating key metrics which will allow effective management of core processes.

- Implementing continuous seamless operations and manufacturing processes from planning, sourcing and procurement, and manufacturing, through to delivery.

- Develop and maintain a quality control program that assures customers receive a quality product, manufactured at a competitive cost; programs that assure proper purchasing practices, and achieve and maintain competitive and reliable delivery performance at optimum costs.

- Ability to build and develop a world class operations leadership team, including early career talent pipelines and leadership succession planning.
