Setup and streamline the entire sales systems+processess for an established Indian Machine component manufacturer.
- Formulating and implementing the the entire sales process management.
- Strong sales skills including sales processes, sales techniques and methodologies
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve targets and expand customer base
- Formulating and implementing account management plan.

Description :
- Identifying & developing new business opportunities for the company
- Build a pipeline through the team and hold a personal pipeline
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve targets and expand customer base
- Formulating and implementing an account management plan to
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Relationship building with key influencers like consultants, engineering division of End Users, EPC, PMC etc
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Profile :
An ideal candidate should have :
- Extensive continuous sales experience in Pneumatic & Hydraulic Actuation Business
- Clear understanding of current market trends and dynamics for Industrial Component & Valve market
- Strong sales skills including sales processes, sales techniques and methodologies
- Engineering Graduate ( Instrumentation / Mechanical ) with 20+years experience in Sales with minimum 5 years in Business Development Activities at mid / senior role
