General Manager - Business Development - B2B Segment - Real Estate (8-14 yrs)
Recruiting GM Business Development.
Synopsis of the Role.
- Create proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials with the pursuit team and national/local marketing professionals
- Establish corporate relationships with key decision-makers across various organizational levels.
- Responsible for formulating and implementing the business's marketing and business development strategies based on the strategic directions and targets of the business
- Act as a thought partner and advisor to the business lines for the Education sector marketing and business development activities.
- Evaluates industry and business trends and analyses performance and responds with necessary business change.
- Meeting with prospective clientele and making brief presentations of projects executed by the firm.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree /MBA with 8+ years of experience preferred
- Business Development experience is a must in the Education sector
