Education : MBA-Marketing
Age and Experience : Min. 15 years of experience, with minimum 2 years as a brand/marketing lead with a consumer brand.
Ad Agency background preferred with relevant exposure to digital marketing a must.
Job Description :
- Responsible for leading content, CRM, Brand Experience and digital marketing team.
- Executing Brand strategy, adherence to style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
- Responsible for formulating and executing the brand content strategy in alignment to Brand Prism.
- Responsible for creating Retail Experience of Brick & Mortar- Staff Interaction, Grooming, presentation and communication.
- Enhancing Customer Service Experience w.r.t, Store Layout, Ensemble, Alteration, Exchange.
- Leading the partnership with all marketing agencies including the creative and content agencies.
- Responsible for Brand look and imaging in the digital medium including the website.
- Sharing lifestyle trends with product development and plan new product launches and its communication.
- Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.
- Competitor and customer insights analysis.
- Custodian of brand values and brand promise.
Role Requirement :
- Understanding of retail and online landscape and consumer trends.
- Resourceful and able to deliver results by leading a diverse team of marketing professionals.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
