A leading BPO with 40000 employees across the globe is looking out for following role in their team

General Manager/ AVP - Solution Architect

Mandatory : Experience of managing Solutioning for both International & Domestic customers in a BPO environment

ROLE DESCRIPTION

- Thoroughly understand the scope of an opportunity / RFP

- Accordingly build / understand the match between the scope and the existing capabilities of the organization to perform this work

- Work with stakeholders across sales, operations, transition, and talent acquisitions to help design and architect a solution, transition and ramp-up plans.

- Build a strategy for creating a solution. Pull in the concerned departments and showcase the required value adds that will go into the creation of a compelling and winning solution proposal

- Identify the key areas that should be showcased as part of a solution / proposal submission

- Working with Transition & Operational teams to communicate Client expectations for service delivery post deal closure.

- This role will have a larger strategic element - there will be a tactical element as well but it will be lower

DESIRED PROFILE

- 15-20 years of work experience of which at least 8-12 years of work experience in the BPO/BPM space

- Should have had experience in Operations, Transitions and Solutions Design.

- Should also have had exposure or at least good knowledge level of new areas like RPA (Robotics Processing Automation) and AI (Artificial Intelligence)

- Should have worked on both domestic and international opportunities. The role will involve working on both domestic and international opportunities
