Job Description:
- Experience in handling litigation including arbitration, defamation, writ or Contractual issues and Criminal cases
- Responsible for evaluating pre-litigation strategies, supervising high value complex litigation and arbitration in international projects across the globe
- Experience in dealing matters before Court(s) / Tribunal / Various Forums / Regulators / Arbitrators
- Dealing with Sr Lawyers and briefing in all courts including High Court / Supreme Courts
- Contracts Management and drafting of agreements and other documents of Company Matters - Joint Venture Service Agreements NDA
- Rendering Legal Opinion
- Regulatory Affairs
