General Manager/Assistant Vice President - Sales - FMCG - South Region (11-20 yrs)
We. C3I Talentz, a HR consulting organization, an INR 700 crore Thapar Group company for the position of General Manager/AVP - Sales to be based in Vijayawada.
The position is responsible for :
a) Defining sales strategy for south zone and ensure flawless execution of sales numbers.
b) Achieve and exceed sales and collection targets
c) Expand customer base and improve dealer network.
d) Drive market share in existing categories and develop new business
e) Lead team effectively, drive engagement and develop talent.
f) The position calls for interfacing with Production, Finance, Legal, HR & Logistics teams to deliver their responsibilities effectively.
