GM/AVP - Operations - Co-Living/Hospitality

Operations Manager who can perform end-to-end operations management for a start-up in Co-living Space. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of experience in core operations role in hospitality sector (preferably online hotel reservation and management organizations) having handled scale.

1. Planning, directing and coordinating the service delivery of operations department in order to meet and exceed guest expectations

2. P&L Management - Owning end to end P&L for the portfolio / Identifying ways to improve revenue across verticals / Controlling costs across all costs heads

3. Collaborating with the appropriate business leaders to develop practical, effective processes and controls to ensure smooth and effective operations through supervision and monitoring,

4. Handled scale in hospitality preferably through online hotel management / ability to handle multiple thousands rooms/beds

5. Proven project management experience, strong drafting and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure while producing a high volume of accurate work,

6. Digitally savvy and Data Driven - strong understanding of numbers and data / Identiying trends and willing to deep dive on core issues

7. Adept in Presentation skills - powerpoint and excel

8. Vendor Management - Managing end-to-end vendors - Sourcing, commercial negotiations, performance management, etc. for different verticals - F&B, Manpower, Repair and Maintenance.

9. Providing general assistance to the team as and when needed

Skills & Experience:

- MBA from Premier Institute

- 10-12 years of experience handling scale in a hospitality chain - preferably online

- Excellent in communication - verbal & Written

- Adept in Powerpoint and Excel
