General Manager - Asset Operations - Commercial Real Estate/IT Parks

Engineering Degree in Electrical or Mechanical is a MUST.

Candidate will be responsible for setting up processes for the following and during prevailing life cycle of an asset or portfolio:

- To set up processes for all the Assets under management and any other new acquisitions/transitions and exits.

- Handling complete Building Operations

- Efficient Utilities performance management

- MEP - PPM, Repair and Maintenance

- Handling Fire safety, life safety and security and evacuation process in case of emergency

- AMC contracts with third-party vendors

- Handling Soft-services department

- Performing Building systems periodic Audits and carrying out corrective measures

- Handling Compliance related activities for overall asset

- Improvisation of the existing operations

- Reduction in CAM charges

- Initiatives to enhance the value of the asset under management

- Proper documentation of all manpower, material and resources and timely reporting to the management representative all the time and extending full support to the management representatives in the implementation of new initiatives and processes as and when required
