The organization is a Fortune 500 company head quartered in Paris and is spread across 32 countries. They are ino various line of business one being the extended warranty for Consumer Durable products.

Profile :

- Responsible for wing to wing management of Appliance Protection Operations - Both Service Operations and Network Expansion at PAN India level.

- Preferably from multi-product industry exposure in the servicing, managing service providers and expansion of service provider network.

- Strong understanding of the Appliance Protection Servicing Industry in terms of working, TAT and legalities.

- Manage the contact center operations and design SLA's.

- Handle P/L responsibility for the line of business and enhance profitability.

- Handle supply chain for the spare parts and planning for the stock management.

- Channel Management, Service Setup Systems & Process Development, Strategic Planning, SLA & KPI (TAT,RR) Management.

- Continuous improvement processes through Market trend analysis and competitor benchmarking.

- Should have expertise in Service Channel Identification, Development and Control across Asia Pacific region

- Liaisoning with Sales & Business Development team for product sales support.
