General Manager - Analog/Mixed Signal Design

- B.S / M.S in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of experience or a Ph.D. degree with

- 8+ years of experience in analog or mixed signal IC development with a proven track record of putting world-class designs into production

- Strong knowledge of PLL design, frequency synthesis and switched power circuits, must possess strong intuitive, and analytical understanding of transistor level design, layout, and simulation techniques

- Experience and ability to manage and lead a complex mixed signal chip development from creation to high volume production

- Experience with sigma delta modulators, high voltage DMOS design, converter design, EMC techniques, and digital design would be strongly desired

- Signal processing knowledge a plus

- Experience with Cadence tools, MATLAB/Simulink a plus

- Knowledge and experience with experimental/debug verification in a lab/ATE environment, and support of field returns

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, and ability to work in a large team

- Proven ability to build a strong supporting team of design engineers
