Help provide the strategic direction for a portfolio of brands.  2. Develop deep, actionable consumer understanding & insights on brand, competition, usage and attitudes, purchase behavior and leisure pursuits.  3. Lead development of the big idea, advertising, activation plans and PR as applicable for the portfolio of the brands.  4. Development of the annual marketing plan, encompassing the whole mix, for a portfolio of brands and ensure that this is fully implemented to time and budget.  5. Handling brand management, new product development, packaging design and development for Packaged Food Business.  6.
