Job Description :

Looking for a highly competent HR Operations leader (Female candidate) with rich experience of an MNC and having extensive exposure in the Indian environment.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- HR Policy & Process Formulation

- Statutory compliance

- Compensation Mgmt

- Employee Engagement

- Performance Management

- New Hire Orientation & Development

- Hand holding of new employees

- Grievance Handling & Employee Relations

- Reward & Recognition Employee

- Training & development

- Lead the reporting of employment metrics

- Reference checks & Back Ground Verification,

- Referral Policy & Process

- End to end lifecycle management of employees

- Employee Communication

- Implementing HRIS & PMS systems

Additional Information :

Industry Exposure Required :


- Proven track record of a people manager, strong on data analysis, strong understanding of policy procedures, ability to think outside the box, Solution centric approach

Functional Reporting : Head HR

IT Knowledge/ Other Competencies- MS Office, worked on HRIS tools.

Required Qualification : 

- MBA/MSW

- Female Candidates only.

- Candidate's age should be 35 - 45 yrs of age and must be well-groomed.

- Candidate should be well-groomed and open to travel

Exclusions :

- Who are currently not working anywhere.

- Male candidates not required

- Who have an unstable profile / frequent Job hoppers

- Who have to serve very long notice periods (Notice Period buy-out option also available)

- Candidates having unreasonably high Salary Expectations

- Candidates residing in Noida / Ghaziabad areas. (Preferably from Gurugram / Delhi)

- Candidates who have already been interviewed / rejected from other sources in last 4 months.
