Responsibilities:
- Design Acquisition strategy for the region
- Efficiently and successfully implements strategy in the region
- Own and drive business targets for the region
- Lead Senior level relationships in developer organisation and provide executive support to team
- Negotiate complex business deals with senior leadership in developer organisation
- Drive business beyond the traditional business
- Lead team of senior professionals
- Develop strong and agile team as per needs of the business
- Develop and drive channel partners to increase business in the region
- Engage with respective industry bodies in the region and drive brand awareness to enable business growth the builders
Education: Bachelor's degree or MBA Experience: Tech Savy - will have added advantage.
- Work experience of 20+ years
- A business leader with proven track record. Experience of driving new business to greater heights will be an added advantage
- Should have control over geography and know how about developers.
- Requires organizational and technical knowledge sufficient to resolve complex customer problems.
- Knowledge of FTTx and Home or Office Solutions.
- Should be cross-functional player with ability to work with peers and rest of team.
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Knowing local languages in the region will be an added advantage
