GM Accounts & Finance (Corporate Finance)

Job Purpose :

Financial controller for the organization. Responsible for accuracy of accounting activities. Principal Accountabilities :

1. Finalizing, and presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz. P&L Account, Balance Sheet, cash flows and annual reports.

2. Determination of financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial controls.

3. Spearheading the Shared Services initiative for P2P and other outsourced activities

4. Responsible to manage BWR, OWR, SWR

5. Lead Internal audits, Statutory Audits and limited reviews for the entire sector

6. Enhancing the overall efficiency related to vendor payments

7. Internal financial controls & Risk Management

8. Secretarial compliances ; SEBI related compliances

9. Engaging with Marketing, Legal, HR & Admin teams to drive efficiencies and strengthen processes.

10. Partner relationship Management ; MIBS etc.

11. Ensuring up to date SAP and other platforms from accounting standpoint

12. Strong relationship with M&M finance

13. Digitization/ Planning and implementation of technological upgrades

Functional Competencies :

- Proficient in IGAAP, IND AS, & Corporate Finance

- Excellent know how of SAP FICO ERP, and MS-Excel

- Proficiency in Company's Act and SEBI related compliance

- Understanding of Direct and Indirect Taxes

Qualification & Experience : CA with 12 to 15 years of work experience
