Job Description:

- Delivering Financial Statements, Implementation of Systems & Control over Finance & Accounting function including payroll, Capex /Expense, end to end operations.

- Management Accounts & MIS _Monthly, Quarterly & Year End Financial statements, Business Plan with Profitability Reporting under IGAAP & UGAAP

- Fund Management & Trade Banking involving strong liaison with Banks - ( working capital management- WCDL,CC, Term Loan, PCFC, buyer's credit- hedged /non hedged, LC / BG / bill discounting -secured & unsecured , suppliers credit, interest cost rationalization, DP,QIS-MPBF, covenants compliance)

- Internal, Statutory, Corporate, Tax & Transfer Pricing Audit

- Statutory Compliance (Direct Taxation) - Advance Tax, Income Tax, TDS, E filings, Assessment proceedings. (Indirect Taxation) - Service Tax, Excise, VAT Registration, Returns, liaison with consultants on matters under litigation, refunds & rebates filings .

- ROC Matters

- SAP Implementation-Business Process Owner for FI & Payroll (Hughes Software Systems Ltd_ BPO Division & Luminous Power Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) Conducted payroll & tax sessions for newbies, staged floor walk addressing concerns & queries 

- Budgeting and cost analysis

- Foreign office operations (end to end operations)- US / UK

- People Management
