We have the following requirement - in Mumbai with MNC FMCG company.

HRBP 2005-2008 Batches

TISS/XLRI/SYMBI/SCHMRD/NM/FMS/XIM B /MDI /XISS or any other Tier I or HR Premier Inst

Open to strong candidates from other campuses too ( with supply chain IR expertise)

- Experience of managing Supply Chain will be needed.IR is mandatory

- Collaborating with Supply Chain Leadership and factory ER team to devise and execute ER strategy

- Business Partnering & Boosting Performance: Act as catalyst from the prism of High Performance Organization

- Performance Management, Succession Planning & Potential Assessment

- High Performance Work System - Unleash the power of our people by developing & deploying Performance Boosting Levers

- Environment Management, Labor Law Compliance & Proactive Labor Relations with the Union

2. Capability Building & Coaching :

- Development Planning - Facilitation for clear action planning & focus on key talent

- Powerful Conversations - Conduct discussions with the team members, for capability building

- Leadership Development - Partner with the Line managers in development of SPOT-leadership & Self-Managed Groups

3. Supply Chain Re-invention through Transformation & Re-structuring through Severance

- Business Transformation - Identify opportunities of re-structuring in the organization to actualize the changing ways of work

- Difficult conversations & Communication - Strategize on the approach for communication, coach the Leadership Team & conduct difficult conversations with the impacted colleagues. Drive the agenda to balance engagement

4. Organization Development & Structural Interventions

- Organization Design Interventions - Aligning the people strategy to achieve the Compelling Business Needs

- Employee Engagement - Weaving the - Great Place To Work- survey feedback into the design elements of the organization

5. Key Skills desired :
