- Plan for the HR and administrative budgets.

- Effective formulation and implementation of HR policies, programs and strategies to manage the Human Resources across the locations.

- Managing of performance Appraisal Systems.

- Management of employment and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

- Motivating the Employees towards Organisational Growth.
