Job Summary

- The role would be to support hiring and hiring-related activities for Renewable Energy business in India

Job Responsibilities

1. External: Responsible for end to end closure of an externally posted position this includes but not limited to

a. Partnering with People Leaders from job briefing, job posting (internal & external sites), advertising, screening, sourcing via job boards and internal tools, scheduling, working in partnership with HR on offer proposal and release of offers via Workday

b. Partner with HRM and Business to understand the need to help build a pipeline for talent.

c. Partner with Business on how to improve the GE Brand and sourcing strategies for India

d. Ensure and promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

e. Advertising: Utilise a range of advertising avenues to ensure the build-up of talent pipeline

f. Ensure recruitment initiatives are aligned with GE's policy of inclusion and diversity

2. Internal: Responsible for:

a. sharing internal applicant resumes with HMs, scheduling interviews, collating feedbacks and releasing offers- needs to demonstrate strong focus on process and compliance.

b. Ensure and promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

3. Pipelining/Sourcing: Responsible for:

a. Sourcing support on some of the critical roles

b. Pipelining for site based roles

c. Creating female slate of candidates for identified roles

Systems :

a. Access to workday for posting, screening, cv sharing, interviewing and offer generation.

b. Access to Swoop for sourcing profiles in GE database


a. Responsible for setting up of interviews and coordination. With the candidates as well as with the panelists.

b. Following up with the panelists and ensuring a documented feedback

c. Providing reporting on requisition and recruitment activity
