General Counsel - Investments - School - LLB/LLM (7-25 yrs)
Spectral Consultants is hiring for the role of General Counsel Investments with one of the leading International schools.
Location: mumbai / noida
Qualification: LLB/LLM
Experience- 7+ years of exp
Requirements: At least 5 years' work experience as registered lawyer,
- Experience in Education Merger & Acquisition transactions
- Candidates only from Education Industry or Law firm (should have worked for any education sector)
Responsibilities:
- Provide in house advice on transaction-related legal structuring
- Managing all external legal advisory activities related to the Investments business, including legal due diligence, documentation etc.
- Managing all transaction-related documentation such as NDAs, Non-biding Offers, Biding Offers and definitive deal documentation and deal closings
- Participation in negotiation of complex transactions for fund raising
- Responsible for the management and development of other legal services staff and for project leadership.
