Role and Responsibilities  - Global Compliance, will be responsible for End-End global matters.  - Administering the implementation of Compliance Management Software for applicable Laws and monitoring the same   - Controlling and filing documents, registers & reports as per Companies Act and SEBI and applicable regulations; ensuring compliance with corporate governance   - Manage company law matters including conducting secretarial activities & board meetings, acquisitions/mergers,   - Liase with the Stock Exchanges, preparing new policies & project monitoring   - Anticipate issues and estimate risks strategically  - Reporting to the CFO  Requirements  - CS with 10-15 years of experience with the last 5-6 years in the IT industry.  - Expertise in Global Compliance
