One of the Tier 1 law firms in Kolkata is looking to hire General Corporate Lawyers For expanding its current team. - The desired candidate must be a law graduate with 3-6 years of relevant post qualification experience of Private Equity, Mergers &amp; Acquisition, and Venture Capital. - Must have experience in private equity, venture capital and mergers, and acquisition focus. - Drafting, vetting, and review of various commercial agreements. - Drafting of related transactions documentations such as share subscription and purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders agreement, joint development agreement etc. - Must have advised funds on private equity, venture capital transactions including due diligence. - Must have advised early growth and late-stage companies in fundraise and mergers and acquisition. - Experience in conducting due diligence, drafting, and negotiation of transaction documents such as term sheets.
