Key Responsibilities Areas : - Responsible for developing the product roadmap and growth in close coordination with the Tech/Managed Service Provider Head - Interfaces between the business and technology teams distilling feedback from market intelligence and the stakeholder ecosystem into actionable product offerings - Prioritizing investments, building business justifications and plans for new product offerings keeping in consideration financial implications, marketing needs, and the overall objectives - Translation of requirements into specifications for the technology team including development of business requirement documents and required wireframes - Continuously bring about improvement in the product as well as the product's compliance to market needs - Ensure ease of use of the platform and delivery of a high-class user experience - Maintain product and market knowledge. Analyze and keep abreast of market trends. Key Shared Accountabilities :&nbsp; - Partner closely with the BI and Analytics team to understand, track and optimize the experience for buyers and sellers based on data - Liaise with the centres of excellence to continuously integrate new ideas and improve the platform - Responsible for personnel management and building a strong innovative organizational culture Qualifications and Skill Sets :&nbsp; Mandatory :&nbsp; - Minimum 9 years experience in product management and in design and execution of B2B/B2C products(platform) in the e-commerce space - Graduate/Post Graduate degree in computer science/IT/electronics from premier institute (top 40 as per MHRD nirfindia engineering 2018 Ranking ) and full time post graduate degree in technology/management from premier institute - Individual should have a unique blend of business judgment and technical comfort - Strong people and relationship management and leadership skills - Capability to work in a fast paced high growth environment. &nbsp; Indicative KPIs :&nbsp; - Number of business requests addressed - Resolution time for assigned business requests - % Projects completed in Time, Scope &amp; Budget Reporting Structure Reports to : Product Head Direct reports : Product Management Analysts Interested applicants are requested to send in their application by 24/05/2018 Note : i.
