Key Responsibilities Areas - Responsible for the product roadmap and growth in close coordination with the Tech/Managed Service Provider Head - Interfaces between the business and technology teams distilling feedback from market intelligence and the stakeholder ecosystem into actionable product offerings - Responsible for prioritizing investments, building business justifications and plans for new product offerings keeping in consideration financial implications, marketing needs, and the overall objectives - Oversee translation of requirements into specifications for the technology team - Ensure continuous improvement in the product as well as the product's compliance to market needs - Ensure ease of use of the platform and delivery of a high-class user experience - Maintain product and market knowledge. Analyze and keep abreast of market trends. - Define metrics and KPIs to monitor performance, set goals and measure success of the reporting teams - Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time Key Shared Accountabilities - Support the CTO in decision making and share ownership of the platform and its features and functionality - Partner closely with the BI and Analytics team to understand, track and optimize the experience for buyers and sellers based on data - Liaise with the centres of excellence to continuously integrate new ideas and improve the platform - Responsible for personnel management and building a strong innovative organizational culture Qualifications and Skill Sets Mandatory - Minimum 13 years experience in product management and in design and execution of B2B/B2C products(platform) in the e-commerce space - Bachelor/Masters degree in computer science/IT/electronics from premier institute2 (top 40 as per MHRD nirfindia engineering 2018 Ranking) and full time post graduate degree in management from premier institute (top 30 as per MHRD nirfindia management 2018 Ranking) - Individual should have a unique blend of business judgment and technical comfort - Strong people and relationship management and leadership skills - Capability to work in a fast paced high growth environment.
