Key Responsibilities Areas - Responsible for central training development &amp; operations as well as the communication and feedback strategy for the organization - Oversee training programs including web-based seminars, online/printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and FAQs - Ensure that the training programs and manuals are consistent, effective and up-to-date and are continuously updated as necessary - Oversee the quality, prioritization and delivery of all print and digital communications - Institute robust feedback mechanisms and ensure timely action basis the feedback - Manage cost and quality for all training programs and initiatives, communication and feedback operations and publications - Determine training operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews and capacity planning - Responsible for the creation of a central database of curriculum, materials, and training records and feedback - Drive internal training efforts for the training and onboarding executives to develop a high performance team with strong customer focus and understanding of the platform as well as business processes - Define metrics and KPIs to monitor performance, set goals and measure success of the reporting teams - Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time Key Shared Accountabilities - Support the different departments on participation, feedback, marketing, and customer retention initiatives - Determine training needs and requirements in coordination with the buyer, seller and analytics teams - Assist the department heads in designing improvements by providing insights/recommendations basis customer interactions - Responsible for personnel management and building a strong innovative organizational culture Qualifications and Skill Sets Mandatory - Minimum 9 years experience in training management, preferably in a large corporate environment - Full time post graduate in management from tier-1 college program (IIMs/ISB/XLRI/MDI/FMS/SP Jain and other colleges within top 50 as per MHRD nirfindia management 2018 Ranking ) - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal - Understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods - Strong people and relationship management and leadership skills - Capability to work in a fast paced high growth environment. Indicative KPIs - Training Satisfaction Score - Number of buyers &amp; sellers trained - Training sessions per month - Avg. training cost per head Reporting Structure Reports to: - Customer Care Head Direct reports: - Training and Communication Analyst - Central Training Development and Operations Team (from MSP) - Feedback &amp; Communication Manager (from MSP) Indirect reports: - Training and Onboarding Executives Interested applicants are requested to send in their application by 24/05/2018 Note: i.
