Key Responsibilities Areas - Required to oversee and drive the operations of the CoE including strategic planning, funding and garnering visibility for the CoE - Responsible for the creation of a marketplace policy, adopted by all buyers on the platform, that is simple, effective and efficient - Ensuring that the policy is relevant and updated basis changing needs of the buyers and the procurement policy landscape - Identifying and addressing pain points and driving the adoption of the policy by the different buyers - Engage in problem solving and collaborating across teams to consolidate inputs and learnings from different departments - Identify partnerships and external stakeholders to augment and support the CoE development - Responsible for conducting trainings and circulating learnings across the organization - Ensure streamlined activities within the organization based on the annual plan and business objectives - Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives - Drive status communications of the CoE both within and outside the organization - Oversee selection and management of third party vendors/consultants hired for specific requirement - Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time Qualifications and Skill Sets Mandatory - Minimum 4-5 years experience in a consulting/entrepreneurial role including experience of effectively interacting with senior leadership - Previous experience or understanding of policy design, e-commerce strategy and legal and risk management - Full time post graduate in management from tier-1 college program (IIMs/ISB/XLRI/MDI/FMS/SP Jain and other colleges within top 50 as per MHRD nirfindia management 2018 Ranking ) or Masters in Public Administration from premier university (top 30 as per https://www.topuniversities.com/university-rankings/university-subject-rankings/2017/social-policy-administration ) Preferred - Strong people management and leadership skills - Capability to work in a fast paced high growth environment - Have the ability to exercise a great deal of initiative, forward strategic thinking and independent judgment Indicative KPIs - % milestones achieved on time - Number of patents/publications/research articles - Number of conferences/seminars/awareness programs organized - Comprehensiveness of the Marketplace Policy i.e if it covers all aspects including risk and exceptions - Continuous updation of the policy as per changing policy landscape in India Reporting Structure Reports to: Chief Strategy Officer Interested applicants are requested to send in their application by 24/05/2018.
