Key Responsibilities Areas - Responsible for working with senior leadership to drive business transformation initiatives as part of the Project Management Office - Support the preparation of documentation that supports business process analysis, design and implementation activities (i.e. project plans and evaluation assessments) - Compilation of data and use of analytical skills to generate comprehensive reports - Support program planning, preparation, facilitation and documentation - Support the preparation of documentation or graphic that supports business initiates or program implementation - Conduct industry best practice research, identify and assess approaches to support analysis - Provide analytical assistance to key functional managers and executives involved in the program - Drive assigned project status communications - Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time Qualifications and Skill Sets Mandatory - Minimum 2 years work experience in a business analyst/similar role including experience of using Microsoft Office suite and Google Apps - Bachelor degree from tier-1 college (top 50 as per current list) or full time post graduate in management from a reputable institute (top 30 as per MHRD nirfindia management/engineering 2018 Ranking) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred - Demonstrated ability to express ideas and concepts effectively - Demonstrated ability to prepare and present technical/business briefs and reports - Familiarity with performance measurement reporting tools, including terminology and approach - Capability to work in a fast paced high growth environment Indicative KPIs - Achieving target business outcome - % deviation from targeted timeline - Quality of deliverables Reporting Structure Reports to: Program Management Head Interested applicants are requested to send in their application by 24/05/2018 Note: i.
