Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2 to 4 years

- Develop in-detail documentation that meets Geezy's Standards and Goals.

- Create easy-to-understand and insightful documents for internal and external stakeholders.

- Create documents like User Manuals, Release Notes, FAQs, Information Architecture Designs, Reference Architecture, etc.

- Create content that goes out on Geezy's different platforms.

- Work closely with the Product Managers, UX designers, and Engineers to understand the Product specifications.

- Work in an agile environment.

- Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Good and effective communication and writing skills.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field

- 2-4 years of industry experience as an effective technical writer

- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences

- Experience working with engineering to improve user experience.
