Job Description - The candidate will be responsible for managing the client accounts and will be responsible for strong client relationship - The candidate shall be responsible for increasing the volume of the accounts - The candidate will be responsible for managing all legal and financials for his account - The candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional team communications Job Roles & Responsibilities: - Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits - Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our project according to customer needs and objectives - Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internally Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas - Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) - Prepare reports on account status - Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the client - Estimating and negotiating estimates with the client Key Skills: - Must have proven capability, past experience in account management, delivery management in already established relationships, ability to work independently, capability to establish relationships - Experience in the IT industry is highly desirable - 2-3 years of experience in sales and key account management. Educational Qualifications Degree in Computer Science + MBA
