Geekster - Growth Marketer (Ed-tech) Geekster is looking for a passionate Marketer to help build the most trusted edtech company in the higher education space. This is a high impact role where you will be working directly with the Founding team and will be an integral part of our growth journey, testing and developing channels, campaigns, and strategies to maximize user acquisition at a sustainable cost and at real scale. The ideal candidate is someone with a go getter attitude who can work with minimum supervision and doesn- t mind getting his/her hands dirty to get things done. Responsibilities: - Develop &amp; execute the marketing strategies (online/offline) for demand generation and customer engagement across platforms with a focus on business impact. - Own the paid marketing campaign's on Facebook Ads Manager, Linkedin Campaign Manager, Google AdWords, and other ad platforms. - Own the landing page strategy, from information architecture to conversion rates. - Identify, validate, and optimize new acquisition channels including paid marketing (FB, Google, etc), content marketing, SEM/SEO. - Manage to track and report dashboards to attribute ad spend by channel for accurately measuring ROI via different channels. Requirements: - Good understanding of all marketing platforms and proficiency to pick up new trends in digital marketing. - Strong experience of working on ad platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google AdWords. - Ability to understand business objectives and break them down into targets achievable through marketing efforts. - Ability to think through the user journey and optimize communication on all touchpoints. - Strong communication skills (oral and written) and ability to work with minimum supervision. - Team player, flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. - Experience working in a startup with a minimum 2+ years of experience as a digital or growth marketer.
