Job Profile:

Key responsibilities would be to develop alternate growth channels through partnerships to maximise user acquisition at a sustainable cost and at real scale. The selected candidate will be responsible for relationship management, identifying areas of collaboration, pitching, program management and driving execution with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify, assess and execute potential strategic partnerships for sustained user acquisition at scale.

2. Drive all stages of the partnership including origination, opportunity identification, partnership agreement, bringing stakeholders together, program management and execution.

3. Evaluate opportunities, analysing the opportunity and presenting recommendations based on strategic fit, partnership structure and ways of working.

4. Build and nurture all strategic relationships as per business requirements.

5. Experience scaling an online business preferably with an ed-tech startup with a strict view on cost of acquisition.

Candidate Profile

1. The ideal candidate for this role would have experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships or in strategy function.

2. Good understanding of the business and technology landscape

3. Good negotiation, influencing and program management skills

4. Goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver

5. Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
